Refunds
All requests for refunds for the WAH Bootcamp must be received by midnight Pacific Time, Thursday May 28, 2009. Requests for refunds must include your name, a copy of your PayPal receipt and a reason you are requesting the refund. All refunds will be made via PayPal.
There will be no refunds for the WAH Bootcamp made after the May 28th deadline.
No Warranties
We expect that you know that we offering our experience in good faith that you will use your best judgment when applying what you learned in our webinar and in the WAH on-line community. Social networking is inherently unpredictable and variable. We are not promising you any results including income, social networking contacts, site traffic or any others you are hoping for. In other words, there are no guarantees that what’s worked for us will work for you.
Copyrights
While we can claim to have copyright on all material we have produced and shared with you, we encourage you to share what you learn from us with other WAH entrepreneurs. However, no content may be republished in any location, web or otherwise, without our written permission. Please don’t rip us off.

We’ve made every effort to design an easy to use, transparent website that has loads of information for you to use. We expect people who use the site to be respectful and abide by the local and national laws where you reside.
All information you post on the site including ideas, comments, graphics, links or other information, (except that information we’ve stated we will protect as part of our privacy policy) becomes the property of our site and may be freely used and shared by all site members. Please use your best judgment when posting proprietary information on the site. What this means that we do not need to pay you for using any idea or resource you submit and you can’t sue us for using the ideas. You are responsible for ensuring the content you post is legal, appropriate, reliable and free to be posted.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damages or injury that accompany or result from your use, or lack of use, of any of our site. We have a hard time imagining how you can get injured using social media, but you never know. You’ve paid $97 to access this site. We hope we won’t have to involved lawyers and pay them thousands of dollars to get a refund of that investment.

Any links we provide on our site we are doing as a service to you. We do not endorse these referrals. You are responsible for judging the quality of the information you access when following these links. We do our best to update the links, but you need to know that when sites close or move, it is out of our control.
Termination of This Agreement
This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. We may terminate the agreement by shutting down the website. Of course we will give everyone advance notice that it’s happening. You may terminate this agreement at any time, by stopping deleting your website profile.
Jurisdiction and Other Points to Consider
If you use our site from locations outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. We hope we never have to resolve an international law suit so we hope you will contact us in writing (in English) and allow us the opportunity to work out any disagreement we may have.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Personal contact information you share (such as your name, email address, payment information, etc) will be protected and NEVER sold, rented or shared with any other party. Your credit card information is also safe using PayPal. We do not have access to your credit card number. PayPal only provides us with the information we need to get you signed up for the course and website.
Email removal
To unsubscribe or delete your email address from our list, simply send a blank email with “remove” in the subject line.
Cookies and other private data
We don’t use cookies on our website. We are not tracking your IP address. We said we were small, work at home, entrepreneurs just like you, didn’t we?
